Misleading

I purchased a Stetson ll Calvary hat with all the insignia and the chinstrap. I also purchased the hat shaping. When my order arrived, nothing was assembled on the hat. I was under the assumption that they would do it, especially because of how much they charge. this was not done, and I am very disappointed.
