Great Stetson have bought one for me and my son both of us are cav but the one I bought my son was wrong style had a curved brim had to go get it reshaped, but great quality as usual.
My only complaint, I wish my rank/unit had already been affixed to the hat. It is excellent. It was quick. Thank you very much 5 stars!
This is a great hat. It's not too heavy, but it isn't flimsy either. The Hat arrived quickly and was packed expertly to avoid damage. My only complaint is that the brim still has to be shaped, which I think should be done by a professional hat shop to avoid potential damage. The description should state that the brim is stock Stetson and will need to be shaped to the Cav Style by drooping the front. This will be an added expense.
This was a gift for my son to wear to his first cavalry ball. The hat is great quality and Bob really went out of his way to make sure I received it in time.
Talked to customer service. Guided me on how to set the hat up. Love it!
