Stetson Cavalry Hat

Talked to customer service. Guided me on how to set the hat up. Love it!

I was happy about the quick delivery of the product. After that I was highly disappointed. The hat came completely disassembled. Both the hat band and the rear headstrong were way longer than the needed to be which caused me to have to drill several new holes in both. Then when I tried to assemble the hat, the brass grommet on one side of the brim came out and I was unable to reseat it. Now I'm concerned that the brim is going to rip. I have waited many years to purchase this style hat. Not to mention the cost of $327.00 .This is supposedly an American made product and I would like to think that your company is going to make this right by either repairing the hat, replacing the hat, or returning my money. First time purchase and it didn't go anything like I expected. Sincerely dissapointed, Collyn Lorimer

This hat was purchased as a gift for my son. The hat quality is really good. Attaching the cords was a little tricky. We knew that the hat would require some reshaping and my son will be taking care of that soon. I would not recommend the Ground Advantage shipping method. Pay the extra money and go with one of the other options. It took far too long for delivery with Ground Advantage (eight week days to go from Illinois to Michigan) The CavHooah owner, Bob was extremely helpful and accommodating during the delivery delay. The customer service we received was awesome! Overall we’re very happy with the purchase.

My previous review I mentioned the yellow cord was omitted. I'm happy to update that Bob graciously sent it to me expedited shipping and I received it before Christmas! Thanks Bob! My husband loved the stetson. We look forward to ordering again and will recommend to all our veteran and active duty friends and family.
