I received quality items QUICKLY. My only complaint is I ordered the yellow hat cord to go with the stetson and it was missing from my package. I reached out by email and still have not received a response back. A bit disappointing since this is a gift for my husband for Christmas. If that issue is rectified, I would definitely order again.

The Stetson was a gift to a friend who had given me his hat size. I am confident the hat will fit but if it does not I am hopeful we can arrange an ecxchange
So I paid 300 plus dollars for a Stetson and it does not even have holes to put the strap through. Am I missing something here??
This is a quality cav stetson . However, required considerable effort to reshape. When received, it was round like a donut. Disappointing.
